REVERSE HAND PUSH-UP
You have to only move the hand a bit lower than the normal position and instead of your fingertips pointing towards forward, keep your hand in such position that your fingertips are facing your toe. Difficult one but will surely help you to increase strength of your arm and shoulder.
SINGLE CLAP PUSH-UP
In this push you have to minimize the distance between your hands while placing on the surface and once you go upward you have to push yourself a bit so that you can achieve some elevation and meanwhile you can clap and then after single clap again maintain your position on the surface as you come towards the surface.
DOUBLE CLAP PUSH-UP
Once you master the arts of single clap push-up you can try double clap push-up as you only has to clap twice instead of single time during and keeping the same procedure as discussed in single clap push-up. These will help your collar muscle to get strength.
