IS FITNESS A HOBBY
WHY YOU DO FITNESS SESSION DETERMINES THAT IS FITNESS A HOBBY? OR IT IS NOT?
According to the observation and some survey the answer to this question that “is fitness a hobby?” totally depend on the perception and on the basis of that perception we have divide people in two different groups. The first ones indulge those person for whom fitness is a hobby and for the second group fitness is not a hobby at all.
If fitness is something which you are very fond of and you do perform different exercise and hit the gym regularly and voluntarily, while enjoying your time staying in the gym having some absolute pleasure in performing those fitness session than you fall in this group i.e, 1st group, for whom, Yes, fitness is absolutely a hobby.
So if you are the one who possess above mentioned attributes than do mention fitness as your hobby everywhere or anywhere you want.
If you take care of your fitness because you have got some diagnosis or you feel yourself as obese person and wants to just reduce weight and as soon as you will achieve your such goals may be you want again go to the gym sorry with a heavy heart we must let you know that , you fall in 2nd group for whom fitness is not a hobby instead it’s a pathway to achieve some goal after which you might not perform any exercises again as you think fitness session as just a thing to achieve your goal and the only motivation you have while hitting the gym hard is to achieve the goal and stop coming to gym again after achieving it, while having such motivation and such thoughts in your mind , one person can’t say fitness as his hobby as he should state fitness as the need of the hour for him.
