WARM UP AND ACTIVATE THE MUSCLES

Athletes takes their workout session very seriously but they still do it in a fun way like they always try to take part in little battles with their companion in the gym. You can also try this by having some kind of rewards for the winner of such battles which includes more push up in less time, more running in quicktime, maximum sit ups etc.
Drinking water is very much essential for an athletes as it helps the muscles to function properly and let them stay hydrated as getting dehydrated affects your stamina and eventually it leaves an impact on your performance as well. REST AND RECOVERY TIME
